User Agreement

These terms cover your use of Nygaf on your own iPhone or iPad. Nygaf lets you arrange a template or a freeform timeline, your photos or clips, text, stickers, and a soundtrack into one video stored on that device.

Account

One-Tap Login starts a session on this device. There is no Sign in with Apple and no password. Log Out ends the session and leaves videos and Render Credits on the device. Delete Account removes that session and the drafts, videos, imported media, and credit balance stored with it. You must agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy before One-Tap Login.

Credits

Preview, editing, and import do not spend a Render Credit. After you confirm a render, Nygaf spends 1 Render Credit only when the video file has been saved on the device. A canceled or failed render spends nothing. The same finished video is not charged again.

Buying credits opens Apple’s payment sheet. The packs are consumable. Apple charges the price shown for the pack you choose. Credits remain on this device. Nygaf does not restore purchases. Refunds are requested from Apple. If Apple refunds a pack, unused credits from that pack are removed. Clear All Data, Delete Account, or deleting the app removes the balance stored in Nygaf.

Your videos

Templates, stickers, and soundtracks are part of Nygaf. Nygaf does not post your video, and it is not a social network. You are responsible for the photos, clips, and text you add.
