Privacy Policy
Effective 9 October 2026
Nygaf is a short-video studio for iPhone and iPad. Drafts, copied photos and clips, finished videos, Render Credits, and the one-tap session stay in the app’s storage on that device. Nygaf does not run a server for your media, and it does not upload your photos, clips, or videos to us.
Account
One-Tap Login creates a session stored only on this device. Nygaf does not use Sign in with Apple, a username, or a password. Log Out ends that session. Videos and Render Credits stay on the device. Delete Account removes the session together with drafts, imported media, finished videos stored in Nygaf, and the credit balance on this device. A movie you already saved to Photos stays in Photos. The next One-Tap Login can receive the starter credits again.
Camera, Photos, and Microphone
The camera is used only after you tap Record Clip, and only to take a still photo for the draft. Nygaf does not record camera video.
Photos access is used only after you tap Import Media, to copy a photo or clip into the draft, and after you tap Save Video, to add the finished movie to your library. Files you import are not changed in Photos.
The microphone and speech recognition are used only after you tap Speak Text, and only to fill the text on screen. Nygaf does not keep a separate recording of your voice.
Notifications
After you enter the studio, Apple’s notification prompt asks whether Nygaf may receive remote notifications. Nygaf does not ask to track you across other companies’ apps, and it does not use an advertising identifier. If you decline notifications, the studio still works. Clear All Data and Delete Account remove the saved notification token from this device.
Purchases
Render Credits are consumable in-app purchases. Apple charges your Apple ID and processes the payment. Credits stay on this device. Nygaf does not offer a restore-purchases control, and credits are not copied to another device. If Apple refunds a purchase, unused credits from that purchase are removed. Clear All Data and Delete Account remove the remaining balance on this device.
